Traditional Forged Handrail with twisted posts

Working for a repeat client, Donkeywell forge produced two linking handrails for a client to be fitted onto a stone wall for the opening of the gardens to the public. The handrail was designed to include twisted posts which split into scrolls, these were forged by hand and riveted to the underside of the handrail. The handrail was then fitted and hand painted to reflect the surrounding ironwork within the gardens.
