This handrail was made and installed by Donkeywell forge for a private client for their tallet stairs. Working with the client we proposed a design which would sit comfortably in with the surroundings as well as be a stand out piece for the property. We embellished the traditional ironwork with decorative collars and finials and finished in a patinated zinc coating to protect the ironwork and give an aged lead appearance which compliments the surrounding Cotswold stone.
